Service Description

FRIDAY STRENGTH & SPEED TRAINING 💪⚡️ 🗓 Fridays | ⏰ 6:00–7:00 PM 💲 $55 per session (Cash $5 discount) If your athlete wants to hit harder, throw faster, and move quicker on the field, strength and speed training isn’t optional—it’s essential. For young female athletes—especially softball players— building strength and speed: ✔️ Improves power at the plate and throwing velocity ✔️ Increases quickness for base running and defensive reactions ✔️ Builds confidence and resilience under pressure ✔️ Reduces injury risk by strengthening muscles, joints, and movement patterns This isn’t random workouts. It’s intentional training designed to develop explosive, confident, and durable athletes. 💥 Sprint mechanics 💥 Strength training 💥 Agility + coordination 💥 Game-speed movement Whether your athlete is trying to make varsity, level up their game, or just gain an edge—this is where it happens.
